General safety rules
- Do not use elevators when instructed to evacuate.
- Children must be under constant supervision in any swimming pool.
- Children must never be left alone without parental supervision in the guest rooms.
While swimming at the beach:
- Always swim between the yellow flags.
- Ask a lifeguard if you are unsure or have questions about swimming in the area.
When an active shooter is reported:
- Stay calm and run away from the perpetrator.
- If you are unable to run, try to find shelter or hide.
- Call the local emergency number (110).
When a bomb threat is reported:
- Stay calm.
- Stand by for evacuation instructions from the hotel management.
- Evacuate as instructed.

Evacuation procedure during a fire
In the event of a fire, stay calm and evacuate immediately to the Fire Assembly Point at the Temple Yard in front of the Lobby Entrance.
Evacuation procedure during an earthquake or tsunami
In the event of an earthquake, stay calm and follow the “drop, cover and hold” steps. After the tremors have subsided, evacuate to the Earthquake Assembly Point at the Temple Yard in front of the Lobby Entrance.
In the event of a tsunami following an earthquake, stay calm and evacuate immediately to the Tsunami Assembly Point at the resort’s rooftop on the 6th floor.
